Experiencing Tantra
Come to this workshop to learn more about what Tantra is & more importantly, what it isn’t. We will do experiential exercises that will involve all of the five senses. A neo-Tantra inspired Heart Connection Ritual will be part of this workshop where you will develop deep connections with other people. Things will get juicy when we do a blindfolded meditation in movement with each other where you rely only on your sense of touch. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, connected & more alive!
