Odessa Avianna Perez is a bicultural boricua cis woman living on Kizh land. She is a psychotherapist and embodiment and social justice educator with a Masters in Somatic Psychology from CIIS. She facilitates dance and movement workshops throughout California and internationally. Through dance, trauma-informed somatics, and writing on her substack, she helps people find more resilience, joy and belonging with themselves, each other and in community. Her mission is to help people and communities find right relationship and liberation through decolonizing the body.
