she/her
Social Change Agent
In the early 2000s Misha started asking herself, “What would I do if I could do anything?” This one question catalyzed a completely new life path of following her heart, being audacious enough to believe she could change the world, and taking an adventure of a lifetime. Her deepest journey has been one of her own full self expression. As a dyslexic growing up thinking she wasn’t as smart as other people she struggled to find her way and acquiesced to academia. When that was soul crushing she figured her biggest attribute was to love another and become a supportive wife. When it became clear that her big chance to follow her love into the wild blue sea to find giant squid (true story) wasn’t actually in the cards for her, she dove into her own love story. That was almost 2 decades ago and she’s followed her wild heart ever since. It took her to places like swimming daily with dolphins on the Big Island of Hawaii, Burning Man, learning empathy practice with a dozen dedicated people, exploring open relationships, and holding space for conflict resolution. She’s now known for her contributions to Bonobo Network, innovative policy work around accountability and consent, conflict resolution, and alternative relationship coaching. She’s super excited to be stepping into her new role at SoulPlay.
