Experiencing Tantra
Come to this workshop to learn more about what Tantra is & more importantly, what it isn’t. We will do experiential exercises that will involve all of the five senses. A neo-Tantra inspired Heart Connection Ritual will be part of this workshop where you will develop deep connections with other people. Things will get juicy when we do a blindfolded meditation in movement with each other where you rely only on your sense of touch. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, connected & more alive!

This workshop aims to guide participants on an inward journey towards embracing the art of slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and finding peace amidst the chaos. It will include a combination of guided meditations, interactive discussions, experiential activities, and reflective exercises. Participants will leave with practical tools, renewed inspiration, and a deeper understanding of how to cultivate a slower, more intentional way of living that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.
