Kids Acro Fun and Games
Expect to giggle and get all your wiggles out in this high energy session. We will explore partner acrobatics using animal shapes, games, counterbalances, and basic people stacking. Safety will be attended to by teaching proper spotting and communication. Bond with your child in this fun playtime, and take home the skills to keep this kinesthetic connection alive. No prior experience or flexibility required.
AcroYoga Playshop
Come nurture your inner child through the art of play! In groups of three or more, we will explore soft, powerful connection, clear alignment, and counterbalances within AcroYoga (a healing blend of acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage). These elements within movement partnerships can make the rest of our lives graceful. All levels are welcome; no prior experience or partner required.
